Spinal adjustment, also known as spinal manipulation, is a manual therapeutic procedure commonly performed by chiropractors, osteopathic physicians, and some physical therapists. It involves applying controlled force to specific joints of the spine with the goal of improving spinal alignment, mobility, and overall function. The procedure is often used as a treatment for various musculoskeletal conditions, particularly those related to the spine and surrounding structures.
On-Premise X-Ray Facility
An on-premises X-ray facility refers to a designated area within a healthcare or medical setting where X-ray imaging equipment is installed and used for diagnostic purposes. This facility allows medical professionals to capture images of a patient’s internal structures, such as bones and tissues, using X-ray radiation. These images help doctors diagnose and monitor various medical conditions, injuries, and diseases.
Therapeutic massage is a hands-on manipulation of soft tissues in the body with the goal of promoting relaxation, reducing stress, relieving muscle tension, improving circulation, and enhancing overall well-being. It is often used as a complementary or alternative therapy to conventional medical treatments. Therapeutic massage can vary in techniques, pressure, and focus areas, and it is offered by trained and certified massage therapists.
