What To Expect

Here at Cannon County Chiropractic, we want to ensure that when you enter our doors you know exactly what to expect.

Once you have an appointment booked, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist who will be awaiting your arrival. We want to ensure that we understand you, your pain, and your history completely so you will be expected to fill out paperwork when you arrive.

Payment Options

Although payment is expected at the time of service, here at Cannon County Chiropractic, we are proud to take many different payment methods.

In order to ensure that you receive the best care available, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We accept cash, and checks.

We also welcome your insurance and will do everything that we can to help you receive as many benefits from it as possible.

One of the questions we are asked a lot is will my insurance cover this? Since there are so many different plans and coverage options available, we are not able to give you a definite answer. When you arrive at your appointment, we will make a copy of your insurance card so that we should be able to estimate what your insurance will cover.

Online Forms

At Cannon County Chiropractic, we offer patient forms online so you can complete them in the convenience of your own home or office. Fax us your printed and completed forms or you may bring them during your visit.
